**Responsibilities**:

- Assist tradespeople with setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment and machinery in the workshop.
- Clean and prepare work areas and equipment for projects.
- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of machinery and components.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
- Help with the transport and storage of materials and tools.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by the workshop supervisor.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in an engineering workshop.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
