A professional and fun loving family in Bellevue Hill are seeking a kind and nurturing nanny to care for their 2 year old boy 2 days per week.

**The days and normal hours are:

- 2 days - 20 hours per week**

Monday 8.00am - 6.00pm

Tuesday 8.00am -6.00pm

An ideal nanny would have a positive outlook, is kind, calm and nurturing.

A nanny that is experienced in early childhood, open to engaging and having fun with the child spending time outdoors and providing stimulating and creative activities which will support the child’s learning milestones and development.

A nanny that is reliable, flexible and honest and can follow routines and structure the day. The family are looking for a nanny who will build a lovely bond with their beautiful little boy and become part of a loving family. Someone who has a genuine passion for child care.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the child
- Follow the child’s routine
- Play and engage age appropriate creative activities to assist in the child’s development
- Take the child to activities i.e. library sessions, playgroups. swimming, soccer etc.
- Preparation of basic family meals and all food and snacks for the child
- Laundry washing/drying and folding
- Generally keeping main areas and surfaces of the home clean and tidy
- Grocery shopping and errands (occasionally)

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 5 years experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualification
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current working with children’s check number
- Display strong communication skills and speak English
- To be fit, healthy and active
- Non smoking
- Full drivers licence and own car preferred (kms and petrol to be reimbursed)
