We have multiple permanent NIGHT SHIFT positions available for Production Operators at our Manufacturing Plant in Clayton South, Victoria:
Full time roles offering a 38 hour week
4-day roster, 9.5 hours per day
Generous conditions and an attractive base rate plus 30% shift penalty

Reporting to the Shift Leader; you are someone who can think on their feet and enjoys working alongside others in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be an effective communicator who can engage with all levels of staff and thrives under pressure.

About the Role
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
Perform machine set ups & changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
Maintain quality of products & associated documentation according to specifications
Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues

About You
Previous experience working as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment.
Prior knowledge operating dry product fill lines advantageous.
Familiar with HACCP
Computer literate
Team player and good communication skills
Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
Continuous improvement mindset
