We have multiple permanent NIGHT SHIFT positions available for Machine Operators at our Manufacturing Plant in Clayton, Victoria:
Full time roles offering a 38 hour week
4-day roster, Monday to Thursday, 9.5hrs per day (8:30pm to 06:00am)
Generous conditions and an attractive base rate of $30.27 per hour with a 30% shift penalty

Role Responsibilities
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
Perform machine set ups & changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
Maintain quality of products & associated documentation according to specifications
Communicate with support departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues

Technical, Interpersonal Competencies & Experience Required
Previous experience working as a Machine Operator in a food manufacturing environment.
Prior knowledge operating dry product fill lines advantageous.
Familiar with HACCP
Computer literate
Team player and good communication skills
Fast learner and open to change and try new approaches
Continuous improvement mindset
