We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated **Field Services Scheduler **to provide comprehensive support and scheduling to our dedicated FST (Field Service Technician) team. You will be the communications conduit responding to the needs of our internal and external customers in a timely and professional way.

**What your new role entails**:

- Schedule and deploy our FST’s to customer sites to conduct safety and quality audits on equipment, action on site repairs, testing and certification safety products
- Managing customer interactions end to end from booking a service to invoicing work delivered
- Identify and assess customer requirements and needs
- Ensure delivery expectations are managed and delivered

**What you will bring with you**:

- A can-do attitude and your organisational skills
- Planning and Scheduling experience (preferred)
- Customer service or sales experience (essential)
- Computer Skills
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Lifting, Rigging &/or Safety supply business will be an advantage but is not necessary as our teams will guide you through
- A confident multi-tasker with attention to detail
- Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
