Structured Finance Analyst

**About the Role**
An opportunity with BOQ Finance, part of BOQ Group has become available as a Structured Finance Analyst

This opportunity will see you providing tailored wholesale funding programs for Financial Intermediaries, Non-Bank Finance Companies, Fleet Asset Managers, Vendors and Novated Leasing Salary Packagers.

Supporting BOQ’s Novated Leasing and Structured Finance business, you will act as a 1st line of defence risk whilst delivering outstanding customer services. As part of a larger credit team supporting the BOQ Finance business you may also be required to work on Dealer Finance Wholesale Transactions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Portfolio & Credit the Analyst will support BOQ’s Novated Leasing and Structured Finance Partners by delivering an excellent customer experience. The role will involve management of external and internal stakeholders and requires the ability to collaborate with and influence a range of business partners across the BOQ group. This will involve both external and internal negotiations.

The role will also involve the preparation of Credit Memorandums, Business Review Papers, Annual Reviews, overseeing and assisting with documentation, program compliance, dashboard reporting analysis, relationship support and overseeing of the Structured Finance Audit Programme from a 1st line perspective.

**About you**
- At least 2 years in a Risk Assessment, Credit Assessment or Analyst Role in a commercial lending environment
- Experience writing detailed credit submissions
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and proven ability to critically analyse Financial Statements and succinctly summarise analysis
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics or related field
