**About the Role**

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven High Performance Manager with exceptional leadership skills to join our team on a part time basis, with a hybrid work from home and in our Liverpool office.

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operations of the SW Mounties Magic, Premier League Netball franchise, with an emphasis on optimising athlete growth and performance.

Some of your key duties will include:

- Ensure Netball teams are robust and dynamic, operating within well-defined procedures to provide coordinated services that enhance athlete performance
- Recognise and acknowledge the impact that cultural identities, views, and biases can have on personal practice and seek to encourage diversity and inclusion
- Mentor staff as required to ensure high standards and qualifications are maintained at all times.
- Demonstrate deep technical understanding of competition rules and regulations
- Lead a culture of high performance within the teams and ensuring the teams share a common goal of supporting athletes to achieve excellence on a global scale
- Collaborate with the Netball committee to foster and maintain valuable relationships
- Planning, budgeting, coordinating, and evaluating training programs to meet the objectives of the franchise
- Provide consistent, constructive feedback and guidance on staff and athletes performance and skills

**About You**
- Minimum 10 years' experience developing elite athletes and coaches
- Passionate and operates with integrity, striving for excellence to positively impact all key stakeholders
- Proven ability to implement and manage successful programs in Netball
- An exceptional leader with extensive experience in Netball and high performance sport management
- Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation Certificate
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Current Driver’s License
