**The Opportunity**

Artesian Hospitality is looking for Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator for our Head Office reporting to company's Director of Strategic Planning & Partnership. You would be working approximately 30 hours a week - 4 days a week 12:00PM to 8:30PM (including weekends).

**Responsibilities**

An Associate Administrator will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Provide administration support to Head Office Team
- Answering and responding to all incoming enquires.
- Confidently dealing with customer complaints and maintaining positive customer experience.
- Proactively seek sales opportunities, ensuring a focus on continuous business development
- Maintain strong working relationships with the Directors and stakeholders and ensure open lines of communication are maintained.
- Managing bookings through our reservation systems and CRM requests.
- Managing couriers and parcels.
- Setting up meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness in the head office.
- Ad hoc administration tasks to support the role and the wider business.

**Skills & Experience**
- No qualification required.
- 1-year previous experience in a similar role/industry
- Adaptable and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer focused - previous experience in client facing administration, sales or customer service type roles is advantageous.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work as part of team but also autonomously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders.
