Our client is a reputable non-bank lender focusing on helping small businesses grow successfully.

**About the Role**:
As a Credit & Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders of the business to develop and implement an operating cadence that will enhance current practices.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage 3 direct reports and 10-15 indirect reports
- Review Credit files submitted by Credit Managers
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics for Credit and Settlement teams
- Streamline current processes for efficiency purposes
- Improve the levels of internal service and communication
- Conduct regular internal business reviews

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years' experience in a Credit Underwriting position with a previous or current DLA
- Experience in leading/managing Credit staff
- The ability to define, enact, and communicate an operations strategy
- Superior communication skills; written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal capabilities
- You are passionate about continuous improvement
