**About the role**:
The Incident Support Line Operator (ISLO) will be responsible for all aspects of collecting incident information from Managers in all of our Residential Care Homes and other direct care services throughout the Warrigal organisation. You will log incidents following the Incident Support Line process collecting all relevant information and meeting organisational legislated timeframes.
This is a part time position of 14 hours per week, you must must be able to work the following hours:
Week 1 - Wednesday and Thursday - 8.30am to 5.00pm
Week 2 - Saturday and Sunday - 9.00am to 3.30pm
After initial training you will be working from home and you wil need a reliable NBN connection.
**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience with business processes, compliance practices and detailed procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level competence in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with managers and staff to achieve project objectives
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
