They are committed to the continual improvement of their services by becoming leaner, more efficient, and more responsive to the changing needs of their customers. **About the role** The Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP) will deliver updates to operational (mission - critical) and corporate networks that will ensure existing systems remain connected to deliver safe, efficient and effective Air Navigation and Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting services; as well as enabling future enhancements to support future requirements for CMATS, Remote Service Delivery and the Flexible Use of Airspace. They have commenced a multi-year program of work to modernise there network to enable a strategic change agenda. Over the next few years, ENMP will undertake an ambitious transformation program which will transition to a new IP network with new terrestrial, microwave and satellite components, and move to a managed service provider _I_ vendor operated model. As the **ENMP Controls and Process Analyst**, adhering to relevant frameworks, you will be responsible and accountable for liaising with key ENMP, Airservices, and L3Harris Stakeholders to support Program Change, Risk, Issues, and other program/project management controls and processes required to facilitate the successful delivery of the ENMP. Specific duties will include: - Managing the "Front Door" Change Process - Accepting Change Requests from within the Program and from Airservices key business stakeholder. - Assessing if the Change is ENMP Scope related, or a change to the Engineering baseline; if Engineering baseline - handing the request to the appropriate team. o Documenting and maintaining the Change Management Plan, processes, and standards. - Engaging with the relevant parties to analyse and Impact Assess new Technology service requests. - Briefing the Managed Service Provider on new Change Requests - Working with the ENMP Contracts and Commercial team to facilitate development of formal Project Change Requests via Statements of Work (SOWs). - Working with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that proposed requests are safe and fit for purpose, including comprehensive analysis of risk, business impact & continuity. - Challenge proposed requests for change to ensure that the change is robust and that the impact on and risk to the organisation is mínimal. - Manage, review, amend and close Program Change Requests. Skills and Experience - Experience of working with an outsourced ICT Managed Service Provider and supplier management against SLAs, monitoring change against service level agreements and participating in effective working relationships to deliver continuous improvement. - Experience of Change managing processes. - An understanding of network infrastructure and telecommunications systems and services in an ITIL compliant environment. - Experience of working in a secure environment. - Experience of building strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. - Strong customer focus. - Project management controls and process experience. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Positive can-do attitude and flexibility of approach.
