**About the job**

We are currently looking for a full-time Environmental Partner to support our Salmon sites across Tasmania. You will have a passion for being highly mobile, building relationships and “getting in on the action”, whilst also having a strong ability to balance this with their administrative responsibilities at their home base situated at the Hobart Office.

Duties can include:

- Assist with the implementation and integration of fit for purpose, risk-based management and compliance systems across each site;
- Provision of pragmatic environmental management support, advice and coaching across the business that contributes to achieving business objectives and good environmental practices;
- Coordination of waste management activities across the business
- Coordination of environmental compliance activities for land-based sites across all environmental management aspects, including water quality, air quality and land management
- Development, update and maintenance of management plans and statutory documentation for key environmental risks.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in environmental management or demonstrated industry experience.
- Experience in Integrated or Environmental Management Systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships within the business and externally
- Flexibility - enjoy working in a changing and fast paced environment.
- Highly organised and systems focused and insightful to business needs.
