You are a salesperson, leader and influencer within one or a number of multi-branded retail partner stores.
Description
- We engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s entire product and service ecosystem within their store environment.- You speak directly to our customers, providing them with the right knowledge and value for them to make informed choices that best suits their needs.- You educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product and services portfolio, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.- Increasing sales and providing outstanding customer service while you deliver individual and group product demonstrations and help customers set up their new Apple products.- You strive for perfection, ensuring Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- The role requires you to work at our partner stores from Wed to Sun; inclusive of both Saturdays and Sundays
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
