We’re looking for a Bar / Venue Manager that can bring a cheerful personality.

This opportunity is a hands on front of house role, that has many different challenges each day, and keeps the days varied and exciting. Overseeing service standards and ensuring that they are followed and nothing but the best service is given.

You will be responsible for all front of house operations, training of staff, overseeing service including events, and cash reconciliation. The processes and policies are well integrated, we are looking for someone to assist with maintaining standards and growing the business, whilst leading and mentoring the team.

The role is very hands on with you participating in service on the floor, directing the team and working with customers to enhance their experience.

The role is for someone who is passionate for hospitality, driven to succeed and enjoys people. We are looking for someone who wants to come on this journey and evolve with us by pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Essential to this role is minimum of 12 months managers experience in a food and beverage environment.

We are a midnight close venue, operating 5 days a week Wednesday to Sunday.

**What we need from you...**
- Previous hospitality experience - in bar/restaurants
- Previous cash handling and management experience
- RSA Essential
- Excellent strong communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
- Strong cocktail knowledge and drink trends
- A "hands-on" approach & a "can-do" attitude is a must
- Looking for someone with who is a great people person and wants to have some fun
- A genuine interest in food, wine, beer and cocktails

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
