- Promenade Bondi Beach _is where locals, visitors and friends gather to enjoy the rhythm and rituals of Bondi over relaxed coastal dining and drinking, celebrating good times and revelling in the essence of Australian Beach Culture. Recapturing the convivial spirit which made the Pavilion a cornerstone of the community back in the 70s, Promenade Bondi Beach offers all-day dining from our Dining Room restaurant and ocean-facing terrace, our Beach Bar, as well as snacks and takeaway coffee from our Kiosk.
**About the Role**
We're seeking a passionate wine lover, also known as sommelier, to join our iconic Bondi Beach venue - Promenade. If you have a deep appreciation for wine, an extensive knowledge of varietals, and a desire to create memorable experiences for our guests, we want you on board. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting, where your expertise and enthusiasm will play a key role in shaping our wine program and elevating our service.

**We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have**:
- _Passion _for Wine: You have a deep love for wine and a strong understanding of different varietals, regions, and pairings.
- _Experience_: You have previous experience as a sommelier or in a similar role, with a proven track record of curating wine lists and enhancing guest experiences.
- _Knowledge_: You possess a broad and up-to-date knowledge of wines, including emerging trends and the ability to educate both staff and guests.
