**Job Description**:
**Could you be our next Menu & Product Development Coordinator?**

We are on the lookout for a highly motivated individual with a genuine love for food In this exciting new position, you will work closely with Product Development Managers to present the best possible product and concepts through effective teamwork. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the Test Kitchen and equipment, ensuring a high level of execution, consistency, and accuracy, and communicating efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders. You will play a vital role in identifying optimisation opportunities and providing recommendations for store simplification. Building and maintaining strong relationships with co-workers and suppliers will be crucial to success in this role.

**What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?**
- Presenting the best possible product/concept through teamwork
- Providing support to Product Development Managers
- Being responsible for the cleaning, maintenance & repairs of all Test Kitchen equipment
- Maintaining a high level of execution, consistency and accuracy
- Communicating effectively to internal & external stakeholders
- Actioning quarantine documents, process and audits
- Identifying store simplification and optimisation opportunities such as small-wares, equipment, packaging, settings and implementation
- Building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers and suppliers
- Identifying opportunities and providing recommendations

**Qualifications**:
**Your keys to success**:

- At least two years’ experience in a QSR or as a McDonald’s Crew Coach or similar position
- Extensive kitchen operations experience, PM and cleaning is required
- A passion for food
- A high level of personal motivation and initiative to pre-empt and address problems
- Commercial acumen and computer skills is essential
- An outgoing, collaborative style that promotes teamwork, facilitates strong cross-functional relationships and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates consistent and high standards of work performance
- A degree of flexibility as research may be conducted outside of business hours
- Organised, methodical and able to effectively manage priorities
- A food science or relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial however is not essential
