We are currently seeking dedicated support workers, who wish to make a difference in the everyday lives of NDIS participants as we experience growth across Logan.

**The Position**

Our client needs **Support Workers** who have experience working with complex mental health. You should be compassionate, kind hearted and outgoing. You should be able to work independently or in a team and have the flexibility to work across a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends.

**General Duties**
- As directed by the Client Service Manager, and in-line with the client’s NDIS goals, duties may include:

- Personal care
- Light domestic duties
- Write and submit required reports.
- Community access if required
- Other duties as required.

**About You**

Being friendly and patient with people living with disability.

Professional attitude and willing to learn and be committed to continuous personal development.

**Skills and Competencies**

Strong English skills including writing, speaking, reading, and listening.

Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position.

Ability to work independently.

**Requirements**:
First Aid and CPR

Current Queensland driver's license

Reliable vehicle

NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Pay: $33.00 - $41.00 per hour

Supplementary Pay:

**Experience**:

- Disability Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- NDIS screen check (yellow card) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
- CPR Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Logan Central QLD 4114 (preferred)
