Operational Commissioning Lead

We are seeking multiple Operational Commissioning Leads to join our project team. With a number of expansion activities planned for Metro South Health over the next five years you have the opportunity to join our team to support the Logan Hospital Expansion with the prospect to continue supporting a range of expansion activities at other facilities across our health service.

**About You**: You will understand Metro South Health's values, have a genuine desire to join our team and contribute to our growth with your passion and expertise. You will have demonstrated:

- Understanding of operational commissioning within a complex health or similar infrastructure environment
- Ability to lead, manage and complete complex clinical redesign, operational commissioning, or capital projects in ambiguous and demanding environments
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including leading complex negotiations, and orchestrating complex change
- High level research, analytical and problem-solving skills
