Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.

**Your Opportunity**:
The Integrated Planning and Operational Commissioning Lead will lead the delivery of identified operational and clinical service planning, operational commissioning, change management, and transition planning for integrated community service projects. The role will work closely with clinical leadership and other relevant project teams to identify, plan for and execute the transition of services and teams from multiple existing sites to new purpose-built facilities in Dakabin and other priority community sites (including Yeronga, Caboolture and Inala projects). This position will require strong integrated knowledge of both planning and commissioning large scale projects.
