**About the role**
- T&C Lead to ensure successful commissioning and handback in accordance with T&C standards and contractual requirements.

- Review the design and identify areas of improvement to aid the T&C programme and/or ability to commission systems
- Develop a robust scope of works for each T&C Package
- Define T&C Strategy, planning and deliver Test and Commissioning activities
- Checking & verifying all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks
- Auditing of testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Monitoring of testing activities against the program and reporting progress.
- Providing support to the Tester In Charge (TiC) as required
- Manage T&C compliance, quality assurance, processes & tools to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members

**About you**
- Degree in electrical engineering
- Experience in Rail Systems or Mechanical and Electrical packages on large Infrastructure projects
- Experience in managing a team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Australian Drivers License
- Degree in a related Engineering discipline
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills
