We are currently recruiting for a Works Supervisor in the South Eastern Operational Area. Preferred location for this role is Goulburn, Queanbeyan or Yass, NSW.

We are currently recruiting for a Works Supervisor in the South Eastern Operational Area. Preferred location for this role is Goulburn, Queanbeyan or Yass, NSW.

**About the role**

The Works Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of all functional and operational components of significant projects.

The Works Supervisor is a specialist role responsible for providing high quality management, technical and operational support to ensure the delivery of broad range of significant overhead, underground and other construction and maintenance projects.

**About You**
- Understanding of auditing and report development requirements for reporting of works progress
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people and handle all type of stakeholder and customer enquiries
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to make appropriate decisions in compliance with company policies, procedures and best practice
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and self-motivate, with proven organisational skills and the ability to handle a diverse workload, perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible team player with ability to work with others in a professional manner while achieving a common goal Strong skills in computer operations and business systems relevant to the role including Microsoft Applications.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma in Project Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications
- Drivers Licence
- WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Cert Attainment and ongoing successful maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licences, authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role

**Desirable Qualifications**
- First Aid
- Powerline Worker Trade
- Electrotechnology Trade Cert IV Frontline Management
