**Location**: Remote, hybrid or office based with some time spent in

our London and Leicester office

**The Role**

As the People and Culture Administrator you will work closely with, and under the guidance of the People & Culture Partner, to deliver on our People & Culture Strategy. You will also work closely with the rest of the team, ensuring we are aligned and working as one team. You are responsible for providing high quality, end-to-end HR generalist administration support across the business. This involves all touch points of the employee lifecycle, including: - supporting recruitment - supporting onboarding and offboarding processes - being the first port of call for general employee queries - supporting retention through data and relationship building - supporting learning, development and talent management You will have the opportunity to develop as a generalist through shadowing, CONNECT and on the job learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

Administration
- Generate and maintain up to date employment records, such as those relating to contracts, remuneration, quality standards, development, absence, and ER.
- Support the team with research and data insights to inform strategic projects.
- Organise and ensure action on the P&C inbox. Respond to generalist queries
- Support the maintenance of P&C policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with legislative changes.
- Benefits management, including renewal, marketing and administration.
- Support the ongoing improvement of efficiency through technology and streamlining our data sources.
- Support the payroll manager on weekly and monthly payroll, providing accurate people data according to agreed deadlines. Run monthly and ad-hoc reports from the system to ensure up-to-date people data.
- Ensure templates are up to date inline with legislation and periodic reviews.
- Ensure public documents are easily accessible to our internal client base and in line with ISO compliance.

Advising
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, delivering a consistent experience to all our new starters. Look for continuous improvement through anecdotal feedback and people data.
- Support in the implementation and management of the Talent Management process across the business.
- Provide support and guidance on HR queries and general advice to employees.
- With the support and guidance of the People & Culture Partner, assist the business by managing day to day employee issues as they arise.
- Manage the offboarding process of exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews and reporting on trends.

CONNECT
- Support and champion CONNECT across the business in conjunction with the People & Culture Partner by weaving the tools and ethos into everything you do.
- Facilitate CONNECT Inductions and continuous development in using the tools and available resources.
- Have regular CONNECT development conversations with your manager and own your development at Everlight.

Recruitment
- Maintain job adverts and descriptions to ensure consistency in content and format. Collaborate with hiring managers to update when necessary.
- Ad-hoc support on recruitment coordination

Ideal Skills / Experience
- Experience of HR administration. UK and Australia would be beneficial.
- Understanding of best practice processes.
- CIPD Accreditation or equivalent (or working towards)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader HR team in Australia, Canada and the UK. Some flexibility with hours is required to allow for communication with colleagues across the globe.
