Join a market leader in the sports and leisure industry. Established more than 150 years ago, the company remain driven by the desire to be the best. Role As Sales Administrator, you'll provide integral administrative support to the Sales and Operational functions of the business.

You will:

- Provide support to sales teams and dealer networks through order management
- Answer and direct consumer enquiry calls made to the reception line
- Assist with overflow tasks from the order entry / customer service teams
- Create new sales orders using multiple software programs including Salesforce & JDE
- Manage existing sales orders including price adjustments, finance releases, and back-order stock allocation
- Ad hoc administrative support as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an Administration /Sales Support / Customer Service / Data entry role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to learn quickly and problem-solve efficiently
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience working for an automotive or engineering business is advantageous
- Experience using a Salesforce, JD Edwards or an ERP system will be highly regarded
