You know how to manage all aspects of a supported accommodation house efficiently and to consistently high standards. **This is a unique opportunity to step up with your ideas and experience where you will be responsible (but not limited) to**:

- Build and nurture relationships with customers, families and your team by encouraging open communication and participation
- Identify, assess and resolve problems with a customer-centred approach
- Budget, prepare and monitor financial systems in line with the NDIS price guide
- Support customers with mental health and high physical support needs
- Practise leadership within team meetings, one on ones, modelling and coaching with staff
- Motivate individuals and create a culture where people want to go the ‘extra mile’
- Demonstrate Northcott values through interactions with teams, such as supervisions and team meetings.
- Proactively train staff to ensure they continue to provide the highest standard of customer outcomes
- Undertake _ad hoc_ duties, with a focus on our customers' quality of life and care.

**Given the responsibility of this role, the following experience is essential**:

- Knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS funding, SIL quotes, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
- Experience in supporting, planning and the setup of new services in a residential setting.
- Working within business unit and organisational objectives when making decisions and going about their work.
- Leading and developing a high performing team through providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Prioritises and plans daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks to achieve customer and team outcomes.
- Encouraging a strong customer focus and understanding customers' perspectives within the team.
- Identifying solutions to obstacles which may limit customer potential.
- Communicating in a way that is appropriate for the situation and that promotes the organisational values of being Innovative, Respectful and Brave.
- Empowering others to explore new approaches to longstanding or emerging problems.
- Catheter care and peg feeding
- A NSW Driver's licence
- Evidence of compliance with any Public Health Orders applicable at the time - including evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination or medical contraindication certificate if applicable to you.
- NDIS Worker Check
- NSW Working With Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
