Located on the Sunny Coast just minutes from the beach, Kings Beach Tavern is one of the most prominent live music destinations on the Coast. We are seeking a highly dependable Assistant Venue Manager to confidently lead our team in an energetic and friendly work environment.

You will assist the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the venue is functioning effectively and efficiently. This venue requires a manager with a passion and drive to deliver exceptional experiences that can lead from the front.

**Essential requirements**:

- 2+ years in a Management role
- Experience working in a gaming venue
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
- RLMV & Approved Managers License
- CLO is desirable but not necessary
