**About us**

ACW Property Services, provides maintenance, repairs, and building services including gardening to domestic, property management and commercial clients.

The Property Services Gardener is responsible for the gardening function within the Property Services Department and provides a garden maintenance service that is effective, efficient, and accurate in its service operation.

- A strong attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines
- A strong work ethic, commitment to safety and can-do attitude
- Experience in all areas of gardening operations and maintenance, i.e lawn mowing; weeding; edging; leaf blowing; mulching; spraying and fertilising lawns; operating pressure washing equipment; sowing, planting and clearing; hedge trimming; watering; rubbish operations and collection etc

**What you NEED**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current Australian COVID -19 vaccination certificate
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All our maintenance staff are required to be fully vaccinated with two doses plus booster to comply with Government requirements to enter premises we service.

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
