ACW Property services provides gardening, maintenance, repairs, and building services to domestic, property management and commercial clients. We offer a multi trade service with qualified tradesman.

We are looking for an experienced gardener to join our team and look after our gardening department

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of residential and commercial gardens to an impeccable standard
- Planting and nurturing a variety of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Pruning, trimming, and shaping plants to maintain healthy growth and desired appearance.
- Weeding, mulching, and fertilizing gardens to promote plant health and growth.
- Mowing, edging, and maintaining lawns.
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases using safe and effective methods.
- Ensure all jobs are completed as per the scope of works and all before and after photos are uploaded to our job management program
- Ensure timely completion of necessary documentation such as risk assessments, SWMS and timesheets
- Provide support to our renovation team and assist in removing trade waste where required

The position is starting as casual with a view to part time/full-time following a probationary period. Whilst this position is casual, work requirement is usually 8 hrs per day/4-5 days per week. (minimum requirement is 3 days)

Position comes with a vehicle/trailer and all required tools

**To be successful in this role, the applicants will possess the following**:

- Have previous experience as a gardener/landscaper
- Experience towing and reversing a trailer
- Willingness to perform variety of tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to communicate well
- Be a team player
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- A strong work ethic, commitment to safety and can-do attitude

**What you need**:

- Drivers Licence
- Current Australian Covid-19 vaccination certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children’s Card

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.25 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
