Office sizes: 18m2; 17.5m2, 15m2. The suite includes 11 modern furnished rooms, including a patient examination bed, office desks, chairs, waiting room, reception, boardroom, unlimited access to gym, pool and reserved parking on-site.
Neighbouring suites include Pathology, Medical Centre, and Pharmacy. Located in the Dee Why Grad Commercial Centre, with an exhaustive range of Medical Specialists including Neurologists, Endocrinologists, Orthopaedic Surgeons and many more. Childcare centre located on the level above, and retail centre attached to the corporate centre.
Easily accessible by public transport. On-site Parking provided for clinical provider's and patients/clients. 24 hr building access.
Administration support is available with our well-established Administration Team, or the opportunity to provide your own administration within the reception space.
Our Paediatric Practice has been established for 19 years and host a reputation for exceptional service provision. We enjoy a very positive team culture and work environment. Our mission is to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing our clients with the most effective assessment, intervention, and support.
We are looking for additional medical and health service providers who, we can work closely with and refer patients to. Ideal opportunity for practitioners with their own established practice, sole traders, looking to enjoy a team environment with like-minded specialists, or business start-ups in the Health & Medical field.
We are offering affordable and flexible lease arrangements, with flexibility regarding tenure, and are open to full or part lease arrangements.
