**Privacy & Data Governance Program Manager**
We currently seek an experienced Program Manager with strong experience in Privacy & Data Governance for a Greenfield project to respond to changes in privacy legislation.
You will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation and management of privacy initiatives and projects to ensure the protection of personally identifiable information and align with the relevant Australian Privacy legislation.
The Program Manager will build a privacy function for policies and procedures, and have previously been involved with Master Data, and Data Governance.
**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management, with a focus on privacy and data protection.
- Privacy Regulations: Strong knowledge and understanding of the Australia Privacy Act and other relevant privacy regulations
- Data Protection Technologies: Proficiency in implementing and managing data loss protection technologies, such as encryption, data masking, access controls, and data classification.
- Privacy Frameworks: Familiarity with privacy frameworks and standards, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST Privacy Framework.
- Risk Management: Experience in conducting privacy risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage privacy-related projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.
