The Role
- Effectively manage end-to-end business deals, encompassing administrative, documental, lending, and rating process aspects. Operate with a global risk mindset, adhering to best practices to ensure timely market entry.
- Execute accurate and reliable compliance checks to uphold regulatory standards and mitigate risk.
- Conduct the customer onboarding process and ongoing due diligence, including periodic Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments.
- Conduct thorough annual credit reviews to assess and manage credit risk effectively.
- Perform conflicts of interest assessments on potential deals and transactions to ensure ethical and transparent business practices.
- Collaborate extensively with Structured Finance Desks and other internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless deal execution.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing end-to-end deal and transaction flow support across all product channels.
- Address ad hoc queries from both the operations team and the front office, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist clients with queries related to their accounts, transaction activities, loan balances, reporting, and account opening formalities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive and seamless client experience, fostering collaboration across different functions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant loan portfolio management experience within institutional banking experience
- Strong analytical skillset
