We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**:
The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the delivery of Fleetwood Building Solution's many varied projects. To be successful in this role you must be able to lead by example and drive high performance across projects, working with both FBS employees and sub-contractors, your role will be to work closely with the Project Managers to ensure the timely delivery of a range of projects. You also must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a high-pressure environment and be willing to potentially travel to multiple sites per day/week.

This role has provision of a company vehicle, laptop & mobile phone.

This position is based out of our Smithfield facility.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise multiple job sites simultaneously to timelines and within budget
- Supervise teams to achieve on time delivery to client deadlines of all builds
- Supervise all aspects of each jobsite to completion
- Complete builds as necessary to meet schedules
- Day to day planning and decision making
- Delegation of work between team to maximize workflow
- Keep abreast of production schedule requirements
- Maintain effective communication with team members
- Provide feedback to GM Construction regarding work practices and standards
- Identify areas of re-work, addressing issues and report any issues to GM Construction
- Ensure you strive to complete all works to a high standard
- Support all levels of your team including any apprentices
- Close out punch list items prior to and after client inspections
- Assist contractors when required

**The**
**successful applicant will possess the following**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building/construction with supervisory functions
- Trade Qualification - preferred
- White Card
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Comprehensive understanding of the building industry
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards / Regulations and other applicable legislations and construction techniques
- Excellent understanding of all safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures, regulations and legislation
- Ability to lead by example on safety matters
- High level interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
