Implementation Manager
- Long term contract with great pay rates (12 months)
- Experience in Financial industry preferred
- Experience in Release management and execution of Implementation activities required
- Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth business domain experience desirable

Our client - leading banking firm and market leader, one of the four largest financial institutions in Australia in terms of market capitalisation, earnings and customers. They are on the lookout for Implementation Manager, planning & managing execution of Business & Technology implementation activities across all streams to successfully achieve migration.

**Your new role**
- Provide the Executive Integration, with a program wide view and oversight of Customer, Mortgage Deposit and Wealth Business & Technology implementation.
- Plan & manage execution of Business & Technology implementation activities across all streams in order to successfully achieve Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth migration and step off TSA

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Co-ordinate across all releases to monitor/manage UAT & Implementation activities and dependencies.
- Produce strategy and detailed plan with regard to Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth implementation across all releases.
- Produce Implementation strategy and collate a single detailed cutover plan for Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Implementation activities across all releases.
- Collate stream UAT & Implementation status reporting and report in to appropriate management forums providing surety as to the status of key Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth UAT & Implementation deliverables, activities and milestones.
- Appropriate escalation to executive program management with regard to risks, issues and blockers.
- Facilitate critical Business and technical Implementation related escalations where Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth critical path is at risk
- Establish and chair/manage, with an equivalent, a Joint Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Implementation Readiness Forum for joint tracking of key Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth UAT & Implementation activities/deliverables/milestones
- Produce and/or leverage existing Implementation checklists to ensure consistency in approach across all releases
- Establish Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Control room, with key program and business representatives, to oversee the period prior to, and triage post Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth migrations
- Establish a Hypercare function with key representatives to facilitate post Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth issue resolution

**Key Deliverables**
- Consolidated Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Implementation readiness dashboards providing a summary of progress/challenges for all releases
- Implementation collateral including strategy and a comprehensive Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth cut-over plan
- Produce and/or leverage existing checklists for Bus and Tech Implementation
- Establishment of a Joint Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Readiness Forum
- Establish Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Control room
- Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth countdown reporting
- Establish a post Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth Hypercare function with key representatives to facilitate post Customer Mortgage Deposits & Wealth issue resolution
