Our client a Third Generation Civil Infrastructure & Land Development business with a notable 50-year history.

They possess a solid reputation for excellence & meeting client expectations on every job they complete.

Operating primarily in Queensland but tendering for work inter-state and in rural locations, they are a driving force in Civil Construction.

Our client is looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their team.

**Duties include**:

- Overseeing the coordination of works and working in line with approved drawings and standards
- Accurate ordering of materials and supplies
- Ensuring that site runs efficiently and to budget
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to achieve productive outcomes
- Accurate record keeping and reporting

**What Experience We Need**:

- Extensive civil construction background
- At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to interpret construction plans
