Working closely with the Service Department, you will support the team through opening/closing service jobs, documenting service reports and filing service records. With a strong reputation for team culture and sustainable practices, this entry-level positions will provide diverse learning experiences and opportunities to grow your career in administration.

**About the Traineeship**:

- Full-time, 12 month traineeship with one-on-one mentoring
- Join a supportive team working closely with the Service Department
- Administration duties: data entry, filing, recording service reports
- Receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business upon completion
- Opportunities for further training and career development

**About You**:

- Demonstrate strong communication - both written and verbal
- Eager to learn, and progress your career
- Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively
- Familiar with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience is beneficial, _but not essential_
