Transport Coordinator

We are currently on the search for an energetic, high performing individual with a can-do attitude that can effectively coordinate and facilitate the branch's truck, attachment and ancillary equipment movements, both to and from the site at our Larapinta Branch. You will collaborate with our Sales Coordinators and Service Allocators to ensure efficiency in the movement of our trucks.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibilities:
- Arrange and manage transport for the branch and movements in and out of the branch within requested timelines and ensuring all relevant internal stakeholders are advised.- Ensure any updates including delays in transport are communicated to internal and external customers.- Complete logistic planning and administrative activities including investigating appropriate logistic options and researching quotes for transportations.- Ensure all trucks leaving the branch have agreed attachments, paperwork and ancillary items.- Arrange for emptying bins and appropriate disposal of all forms of waste and recyclables.

Requirements for success:
- Experience and an understanding in transport planning and scheduling- Proficient experience using a computer- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
