**The Role**
- As a **Client Services Consultant**, you will be the first point of contact for high-value clients, providing personalized support and expert guidance throughout their lending journey. You will play a key role in fostering long-term relationships, delivering bespoke solutions, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. Both contract and permanent positions are available.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for premium customers, delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
- Provide high-touch support throughout the loan process, working closely with internal credit and underwriting teams to streamline approvals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous records and uphold high data integrity standards.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with a consultative approach, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

**About You**
- **Experience**:**At least one year in a client-facing role ideally a phone-based role (financial services, banking, wealth management, or related industries).
- **Education**:**Tertiary education is preferred but not essential.
- **Skills**:**Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, solutions-driven mindset.
- **Mindset**:**A proactive, customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- **Detail-Oriented***:Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy in financial documentation.
