Your part in St Andrew’s War Memorial

As the Inbound or Outbound Patient Administration Supervisor you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team in our patient administration department, providing a tailored service through administrative support and leadership skills whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.

We are currently searching for an Inbound Patient Administration Supervisor and Outbound Patient Administration Supervisor to join the team.

- Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring administration officers to provide high quality patient service.
- Understanding of rostering and cost efficiency.
- Ensuring compliant data entry practices by the administration team.
- Promote quality improvement activities and review work processes.
- Liase, consult and negotiate with all stakeholders on administrative business requirements and provide practical solutions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team based on UnitingCare values.
- Coach team members and provide opportunities to develop their skills.

Qualifications / Experience:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent,
- Or applicable experience in Health Administration Management or proven relevant skills.
- Ability to build relationships and Leadership experience.
- Commitment to quality client service.
- Understanding of relevant hospital legislation.
