**Your Impact**
- This role is integral to our Site Leadership Team and Packaging operation, providing leadership whilst establishing and maintaining a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Determination of manufacturing process capability and identification of line constraints
- Develop, own and ensure execution of the manufacturing Continuous Improvement plan
- Plan, direct and control the end-to-end operations within the packaging department.
- Ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness through compliance with all relevant Environment, Health and Safety, Quality standards and policies as well as applicable Legal requirements
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
- Lead implementation and embedding of Asahi Way

**About You**
- Degree qualifications in Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferably FMCG
- A demonstrated achievement of improvement & change in a traditional manufacturing environment.
- Budget preparation and P&L management in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with other continuous improvement programs eg Lean, Six Sigma.
- Prior experience in leadership[ position
- Strong Relationship Management
