Settlement Services International (SSI) is a leading community-based not-for-profit organisation providing a range of services in the areas of refugee settlement, asylum seeker assistance, housing, multicultural foster care, disability support, employment services and youth support in NSW.

**The role**

The Systems & Process improvement specialist will be in charge of leading critical projects as well as ongoing support to ensure the effective and efficient service delivery of all programs, and to uphold continuous improvement strategies of SSI’s employment programs You will assist with project management functions related to the roll out of systems and processes designed to improve performance and decrease inefficiencies.

**What you will be responsible for**
- Be an integral contributing member of a team of Employment Services specialists in the areas of IT platforms, systems, and process improvement, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and optimal performance and continuous improvement of SSI’s Employment Services programs.
- Review, analyse and interpret data and reports, and make recommendations for new efficiencies or continuous improvements, particularly related to IT platforms and usage, systems, and processes.
- Use Salesforce effectively and efficiently with administration, workflow building and data extraction.
- Be involved in project management, specialised and critical projects, such as implementing new IT platforms or systems improvements.
- Provide regular reports on analysis, recommendations, and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Liaise and effectively engage with managers/stakeholders to support them with systems improvement projects.
- Work directly with staff at site level to identify any areas for improvement or development in the areas of IT, processes and systems compliance requirements.
- Ensure training and development strategies are put in place to ensure all areas of the IT and systems landscape are continually improved.

**What you will need to bring**
- Ability and or experience working with the following Technology: Salesforce CRM & Reporting tools, Power BI, Visio and other Microsoft reporting tools
- Knowledge of effective data use, storage and processes/ reporting, R and SQL
- Demonstrated experience and success in project management, business analysis, managing systems and processes, implementing and maintaining IT systems and workflows.
- The ability to read, analyse and interpret data, and to create reports and present data to assist in making recommendations for improvements.
- Experience working in a team to successfully deliver high quality service, deliverables, performance improvements, projects, and operational outcomes.
- High level customer centric approach.
- Strong ethics, accountability, and integrity.
- High level digital literacy, including the ability to pick up new systems and software programs quickly.

**Extra points for**
- Knowledge of or experience with the ESS Web system
