You need excellent communication skills both written and verbal, compassion, and empathy for others, with a natural ability to change tact at short notice. You are able to prioritise work and enjoy working in a face paced and dedicated team environment that is often changing to meet our clients needs. **The Role**: This is a newly revamped role with in the St Louis Group and will be a key support to our busy CEO and the administration of our Nursing Home in Parkside. **Role requirements**: - Experience in a similar role as an executive level administration officer - Experience supporting a busy executive team - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills with a continuous improvement approach - Excellent verbal and written communication - Knowledge of managing insurance policies and claims - Experience in managing confidential staff and/or client files - COVID vaccinations and boosters and and ongoing Influenza immunisation - National Police Clearance (Aged Care) with nil disclosable history - Proficient IT Skills using Microsoft 365 suite, and other databases essential **About Us**: When you join St Louis, you will be joining and learning from a growing business with more than 76 years of experience in delivering best-practice care and support to older people.
