**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Business Process Manager to work closely with our retail team. The Retail Business process manager is responsible for the IT systems and processes that support our retail environment.

**The main functions of this role**:

- System testing : new development, new release - responsible for end - end testing working with business stakeholders
- Provide new release & functionality training/documentation
- Review & consult on existing processes, provide solutions & processes to support business needs
- Research, prepare and document retail systems policies, procedures and changes
- Provide second and third level support for retail system issues

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Experience in a retail environment
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong drive and self motivation
- High attention to detail
