**Job Summary**

ace specialists is looking for an exceptional receptionist to join the team and provide excellent service. The practice prides itself on providing the best care possible in a friendly and down-to-earth environment. Your role is to support the day-to-day running of the practice in a professional and courteous manner. You will be front of house for the practice and your contribution to creating the ideal workplace will be highly valued.

A receptionist is required to fill 5 days a fortnight (alternating 2 days and 3 days per week) currently with the likelihood of increased hours at a later stage. Must be available for holiday/sick relief work.
- A naturally friendly, yet professional personality
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve autonomously to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and people skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge
- Experience with medical software
- Familiarity with MBS item numbers

**The Job**
- Casual role
- Hours: 5 days a fortnight (alternating 2 days and 3 days per week)
- All aspects of reception duties including, but not limited to:

- Liaising with patients and other health professionals and support services
- Use of medical software for database entry, booking appointments and billing consultations
- Immediate start
- Salary: Health Professionals and Support Services Award
- Support services employee level 5 | part-time | 21 years or over

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
