**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities include:

- Coordinate communication with transport providers/suppliers
- Accurately invoice & manifest freight
- Pallet Control
- Processing of authorised stock adjustments
- Booking in time slots for receiving and delivery, organising couriers & interstate transport
- Assist and co-ordinate with Warehouse Manager, Team Leaders and customer service team to provide exceptional service levels
- Data collection and analysis and providing business reports as required

**ABOUT YOU**

You’ll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks.

You are an administration and customer service all-rounder who can do various administration tasks and will have previous experience in a warehouse as a Storeperson or a similar support role. Previous experience using System 21 or a similar computerised warehouse management system would be a huge advantage. Attention to detail and go getter attitude is a must.
