**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide comprehensive counselling to prospective students regarding educational opportunities in Australia, including course selection, program suitability, and career pathways.

2. Stay up to date with the Australian education system, including university programs, vocational courses, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations.

3. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their educational background, goals, and preferences, and provide tailored advice and guidance.

4. Assess students' academic qualifications and eligibility for different programs, offering alternative pathways and options when necessary.

8. Organize and conduct information sessions, workshops, and presentations to prospective students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, fostering partnerships and collaborations to enhance student placement opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience as an Education Counsellor or in a similar role, preferably in the Australian education sector.

2. In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, including universities, vocational institutions, courses, admission requirements, and visa regulations.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.

4. Strong counselling and advising skills, with the ability to understand and address the unique needs and aspirations of individual students.

6. Knowledge of visa regulations and requirements related to international students studying in Australia.

7. Ability to work collaboratively with educational institutions, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless student placement and support.

8. A customer-centric mind-set, with a genuine passion for assisting students in achieving their educational goals and supporting their overall success.
