**How will I help?**
Asgard Operations forms part of the Platforms Service and Operations (PS&O) business within BT Financial Group (BTFG) which is part of the Westpac Group. We are proud that Asgard is consistently ranked as one of the best providers of superannuation and investment solutions in Australia.

The Process Manager role is fundamental in supporting Asgard by providing expert process design and definition whilst maintaining a great customer experience. You will work on a variety of projects to support the business by:

- Analysing existing business processes
- Identifying areas of improvement and developing improvement strategies
- Creating and presenting process improvements
- Overseeing the implementation of new business processes and facilitating change
- Updating process documents and conducting impact assessments on resource uplift requirements

We have multiple full-time roles available, both permanent and max-term, based in Perth with flexible working opportunities once trained in the role.
