**About the role**:
In partnership with Land and Housing Corporation, we are looking for a talented **Reporting Analyst** to develop and maintain operational and analytical reporting data to drive actionable insights. This is a full time permanent role with a hybrid working opportunity split between remote and our bright Winston Hills office.

**What you will be doing**:

- Prepare & present a detailed 21 KPI scorecard to the business to capture latest metrics across 6 regions.
- Partner closely with our internal stakeholders to manage KPI exclusions and strive for zero abatement by driving awareness, behaviours and action.
- Liaise with our client for reconciliations and verification porpoises relating to KPI management.
- Program reporting activities to assist with performance metrics, work scheduling & insights to aid decision making & risk mitigation across the six operational workstreams.
- Proactively build and maintain good working relationships with all Contract Functions including Systems, Operations, Finance, Quality, Safety, Business Services stakeholders.
- Strive to continuously improve reporting & analytics by learning new professional skills and improving existing capabilities.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience understanding data, reporting and financial analysis that provides meaningful insights into business performance.
- High level communication skills including commercial acumen with analytical and financial acumen in reporting and data management.
- Highly desirable systems experience; Microsoft Excel, SAP, Power BI.
- Proactive with sound problem solving skills.
