My client is a financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD and continues to invest in its analytics capability.

As a Reporting Analyst you will be focused on improving customer focused reporting initiatives that will include report and dashboard development, automation, insights and analysis

**Key focuses of the role will include;**
- Report automation, insights and analysis
- Dashboard development
- Segmentation, insights and analysis
- Manipulating, interrogating and analysing data using SQL

**Your experience;**
- A minimum of 6 months commercial analytics experience preferred
- Technical skills in SQL with the ability to manipulate and interrogate large and complex data sets
- Tableau and /or Power BI
- Stakeholder engagement skills

The organisation is a flexible, collaborative and team focused environment with a strong leadership team committed to the development and support of the team.

This is currently a team of 8 that continues to grow and strikes a great balance of having support and mentorship to grow your analytical skills whilst also enabling you to contribute your ideas and make a difference.

This role is an inital 6 month fixed term contract that has been created due to growth with the intention for this to develop in to a permanent role thereafter.
