**About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to provide dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources. Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation and maintenance of rosters) to nurse unit/line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.

About you

Establish and maintain a close working relationship with nurse unit/line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.
Run and review data validation reports throughout each pay cycle undertaking necessary error corrections within role remit and designated timeframes.
Demonstrate initiative in supporting employees and nurse unit/line managers in adopting new and changing business processes in an environment of continuous improvement.
