**About the role**
- We have a permanent full time opportunity for a Purchase Order Processing Administrator to join the team based out of our Southbank office in Melbourne.
**The opportunity**
- You will process purchasing requests for our large well-known oil, gas and fuel clients. This administrative and process driven role will see you adhere to the UGL purchasing process and ensure requests are compliant to terms and conditions. The role will involve a high level of accurate data entry into SAP, following procedures and ensuring our high volume of requests are processed within the SLA.
**Key responsibilities**
- Issue a high volume of purchase orders
**About you**
- Experience in a large corporate environment working in an admin and data entry role where processes and procedures are followed, accuracy is maintained and deadlines are adhered to
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software
