We are looking for a hands-on Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join Stockland Point Cook based in Melbourne, VIC. As our friendly onsite Grounds and Maintenance Officer, you will be kept on your feet assisting across a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks ensuring the continued comfort, safety and happiness of our valued retail customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about what they do, enjoys variety and would like to make a real difference in our Shopping Centre.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Assuming responsibility for the everyday maintenance and presentation of the Centre including but not limited to general maintenance, tiling, painting, and other works as requested.
- Timely and effective resolution of assigned tasks.
- Supporting processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well-maintained and sustainable Centre.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Manage and maintain gardens and lawns if required.

We are looking for someone with hands on experience in a similar type of role. You will have clear communication and good people skills. Additionally you will bring:

- Relevant maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Appreciation for OH&S and legislative compliance and practices

- Relevant trade qualifications will be highly regarded
